Process Principle

Automatic dry powder dosing device is an intelligent,fully-automatic,continuous integration dosing device of dry powder. The device consists of water supply system,dry powder dosing system,solution curing system and automatic control system .

This equipment is automatic continuous allocation and dosing system . Dry powder enters into pre-mixer from screw propeller underneath the hopper. The moist material enters into the allocation tank to make the thinning mixing. It will be allocated as per the requirement of customer.

 

The allocation solution enters into storage tank from allocation tank after the curing. When the storage tank is in high liquid position, the allocation process stops automatically,when the solution drops to low liquid position, the allocation process starts automatically. Both the allocation tank and curing tank set the mixer and guarantee that the dilution and curing for the flocculant . The allocation flow and concentration can be decided through adjusting rate of inflow and speed of screw shaft.

The device is the control system which consists of PLC controller,man-machine dialogue interface and servo proportional controller composed of single chip microcomputer. The degree of automation is high, performance is steady, operation is reliable, the menu operation is simple and clear.
