Screw press sludge dewatering machine 

Configuration principle: 

The overlapping spiral of dewatering machine consists of fixed ring and moving ring and screw axis is throughout in it as the filter unit.

  

Dewatering principle:   

The sludge is conveyed to the dewatering zone after the gravity thickening , during the process of advancing,screw pitch of screw axis becomes narrower and narrower and under the stop function of back pressing board, the very large internal pressure is generated and the volume shrinks continually,so dehydration purpose is attained eventually.
